Job Description: 

Position Summary

 

The Technician, RSV Sample will be responsible for ensuring the accurate organization and processing of RSV samples to support ADMA’s laboratory operations. This role involves sorting, scanning, and shipping weekly shipments of RSV samples to our contracted lab for further testing. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of sample shipments and supporting warehouse staff with day-to-day operations. Additional tasks may include organizing documents and ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a cGMP manufacturing facility. The Technician, RSV Sample plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of sample processing and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Essential Functions (ES) and Responsibilities

 

  • Organize and process weekly shipments of RSV samples, ensuring accurate sorting into screens and titers.
  • Prepare and ship samples to ADMA’s contracted lab for testing.
  • Scan RSV samples into a spreadsheet for tracking and shipment documentation.
  • Support warehouse staff with daily operations and other assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards.

Experience Requirements

 

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

  • Experience: No prior experience required, though previous experience in sample handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management is a plus.

Compliance Requirements (ES)

 

The minimum compliance expectation for this role entails strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities. This includes completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of any potential issues, and ongoing education to stay updated on relevant FDA regulations.
