Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and monitoring all operations for assigned ADMA Plasma Centers. Responsibilities include ensuring production goals, regulatory requirements and customer specifications are met Works with customer service, product distribution, technical support, and training to ensure all areas are executed to achieve expected outcomes. Assists in the development of annual budgets and business plans. Monitors assigned Plasma Centers results and develops action plans to achieve budgets and compliance. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and employee relations. Develop and oversee community and corporate relations’ efforts.

- Travel to assigned centers as necessary.

- Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, health administration, or business management preferred. Extensive experience in health or plasma related field can offset degree requirement.
- Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) years plasma center management experience. Without plasma center management experience, a minimum of 8 years of comparable management experiences including multi-site management experience. Understanding of plasma center operations and specialty products preferred. Knowledge of plasma industry, regulatory requirements, and cGMP’s essential. Management responsibility for a multiple location operation is helpful. Progressively more responsible positions in a complex organization.
