Position Summary
This position is responsible for sales and marketing efforts supporting ADMA Products in selected Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Physician Practice Management Groups (PPMGs), home care companies and Group Purchasing Organizations, (GPOs). Conduct SWOT analysis on identified accounts and make recommendations regarding contracting opportunities to management. This position requires extensive travel on a weekly basis or approximately 80% of the time.
Essential Functions (ES) and Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of sales and marketing strategies and tactics for managed care/national accounts. Implement tactics to drive sales and increase market penetration of ADMA products in select managed care/national accounts, i.e., educate staff, physicians, drug information review personnel, pharmacy and other pertinent national accounts personnel on the benefits of ADMA products. Establish, build and maintain relationships with existing and new managed care/national accounts as determined by management.
- Assist with the selection of appropriate national accounts for targeting purposes. Gather intelligence information on competitive products, conduct SWOT analysis on new accounts and make recommendations on contracting opportunities for ADMA products within select accounts.
- Establish, build and maintain relationships with select group purchasing organizations and home care companies that would enhance the sale of ADMA products.
- In conjunction with Senior Director, Managed Care/National Accounts, review contract proposals for each sales region.
- Report to management on all activities with managed care/national accounts.
- Assist Regional Managers and Product Specialists in selling ADMA products to their managed care accounts when appropriate.
- Attend appropriate trade shows.
- Prepare monthly business reports on targeted accounts. Include trend analysis, make recommendations on ways to increase market share and or adjust to changing market conditions.
- Assist Senior Director and product managers develop economic message for ADMA products to compete in the current, cost-sensitive marketplace. Work with ADMA’s medical affairs group to modify and hone product message for MCO/GPO/PPMG environments.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or one of the sciences
Experience Requirements: Minimum of three to five years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales with a strong sales and marketing records. Three to five years calling on Managed Care, GPO, Distributors, and/or Homecare customers. This may include (but not limited to) Formulary Committee Members, Drug Information Department, Pharmacy and Purchasing or five years sales experience in other health care related disciplines or in product management.

This includes completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of any potential issues, and ongoing education to stay updated on relevant FDA regulations.
